Group Announcements PTO Meeting DatesMeeting Dates Fall 2011 All meetings will be held at the Intermediate School’s LRC at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 6th Topics: The first meeting of the year will address new business; introduce PTO committee members, memberships, and PTO directory information. Tuesday, October 4th Topics: Fall Festival fundraiser - volunteers, sponsorships, fundraising goals, and voting for specific PTO campus projects. Thursday, November 10th Topics: Fall Festival financial reports and overview, campus requested project funding to be voted on for dispersal. Thursday, December 1st Topics: Follow-up on campus projects and general class Christmas party parent information. *NOTE: It is requested that Campus Coordinators and ALL homeroom parent volunteers attend this meeting. Thursday, January 19th Topics: Discuss spring projects and any new business
